This year(2011) in Br. Kalah Peliatan have formed a Bali dance and gamelan group “Dewi Sri”. A group with gamelan instruments of Semara Pegulingan, located on Tepi Sawah Groups, Teges – Peliatan Village. The members who joined the group are derived from various generations, children, teenagers, and adults. And kadek ferry ( ) is also active in it as a gamelan musician. Dewi Sri Starting from a desire to preserve the classical Legong dances of Peliatan and the classical instrumentals of Gamelan Semara Pegulingan, I Nyoman Sumerta, a prominent art lover from Br. Kalah, Peliatan, with I Made Sukanda, a gamelan teacher, brought together dancers and musicians of Peliatan to establish a dance and gamelan group. “Dewi Sri.” All these artists with a common spirit and vision started to preserve the classical Pelegongan style in Peliatan.
