On the other side, from the performance in that evening, the Gamelan Gunung Jati performed classical instrumental works in the Semara Pegulingan style.

Gamelan Gunung Jati also has a very long history as well as Gamelan Gunung Sari. In accordance quoted from several sources said that in 1931 the gamelan Semara Pegulingan is already been in Br. Teges Kanginan, but at that time still Indonesia still in a war situation, so the gamelan is returned to the Palace where the owner is the Anak Agung Gde Mandera.

Up until the year 1970, the community leader initiated by I Wayan Sudera, and the late I Made Gerindem conduct meetings that essentially wants to buy a set of gamelan, but Anak Agung Gde Raka Bawa (son Gungkak Mandera) suggested that gamelan which first returned to the Palace to be used again by the public, then the gamelan brought back to the Banjar Teges Kanginan with some that are not intact, and after extensive repairs in 1971, the gamelan can be played back is good for both religion and ritual activities.

Sekaa Gong Gunung Jati in the evening performance of 26 August, 2007, performed the Tabuh Gambang Kuta. A classical instrumental the work of I Wayan Lotring from Kuta. Then followed with the Legong Kuntir dance, by Suasti and Murni. For the last performance of Gunung Jati, they presented the the Legong Pelayon with four dancers, Sri Utari, Raka Astuti, Cok Ratih, and Nyoman Sulasih.
